She was predeceased by: her parents, Zenith Letner and Mildred Letner (Beals); her husband Ernest Ortiz; her son Michael Ortiz; and her siblings, Carl Letner and Hazel Letner.
She is survived by: her children, Louis Ortiz, Joseph Ortiz (Pete), Sherry Lichtenberger (Robert), Nancy Szobodi and Gloria Monroy (Russ). She is also survived by her 16 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren; along with many nieces and nephews.
