With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Floyd Lee George Cook of Elkhart, Indiana, who passed away on December 29, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald L. Cook and Roberta Irene Cook (Booth); his brother Lowell Cook; and his brother-in-law Paul Miles. He is survived by: his wife Lorain Cook (Helsel); his children, Rachel Sollman (Abram), Andrew Cook, Elizabeth Bliss (Adam) and Jessica Lawrence (Clinten); and his sister Marilyn Miles. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
