She was predeceased by: her parents, Will C. Sturts and Alice M. Sturts (Mumau); her husband David E. McNeil; and her siblings, Ralph, Wayne Sturts and Carol Jean Norris.
She is survived by: her brother Delmar Sturts (Donna) of Mansfield, OH; and also, Betty Anderson, Kathy Aumack of Elkhart, IN and Laura Quillen (Brent) of Oklahoma. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
