He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Collins (Diana) of Middlebury, IN and Carolyn Collins (Baker) of Elkhart, IN; his children, Dustin Collins (Crystal) of Goshen, IN and Jessica Neace (Tim) of Lucasville, OH; and his siblings, Jeff Collins of Elkhart, IN. and April Collins of Elkhart, IN.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
