She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Surls and Ethel Surls (King); and her brother Bill Surls. She is survived by: her husband Fred Shrock of Elkhart; her daughters, Kim Foy (Kevin) of Elkhart and Cynthia Bravard (David) of Bristol; her stepchildren, Beth Witkowski (Al), Gail Davies (Jim) and Scott Shrock; and her sisters, Judy McMeekan and Betty Coker (Jerry).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
