John Calvert Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 13, 2021, at the age of 92, John Calvert of Elkhart, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Calvert and Rose Calvert (Cosby); his wife Marguerite "Margo" W. Calvert; and his sons, James E. "Jim" and John R. Calvert.
He is survived by: his daughter Mary Haas (Chris) of Elkhart; his grandchildren, Ryan Calvert and Catherine "Cathy" Prestly (Clyde) of Cassopolis, MI; his great grandchildren, Anthoney, Tyler, Brittney and Nicholas Prestly; his granddaughters, Jessica Calvert of Elkhart and Samantha Wittenberg (Brian) of Three Rivers, MI; and his niece Jeanne Brickman (Howard) of Norwell, MA.. He is also survived by four great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Premier Arts, 410 S Main Street, Elkhart, IN 46516 in remembrance of John's commitment to the city of Elkhart.
