She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl A. Bielby and Hazel Mae Bielby (Ferris); her sons, Steven and David Holliday; her brother Stanley D. Bielby; and her stepdaughter Kimberly Shipkowski.
She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" V. Persic, Jr.; her daughter Susan McNeill (Tom) of Goshen; her stepson Christopher Persic of McKees Rocks, PA; her grandchildren, Ryan Love (Stacy) and Mike Love (Heather); her stepgrandchildren, Brie and Jessica Shipkowski; and her pets, Cinnamon and Precious.
