She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Cain-Billops and Leora Cain-Billops; her husband Clyde W. Riley Sr.; her daughter Elsie Neal (Eddie); and her siblings, Myrtle Matthis, Wardine Ware (Gary), Willie Mae Wiley, Gloria Lee Wiley and Charlene Wiley.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Fox, Doris Arnold (George) and Clyde Riley Jr. (Carla); her siblings, Ozella Gibson, Margaret West, Robert Wiley, Lionel Wiley (Janet), Cornelius Wiley and Amos Billops; and her sisters-in-law, Mattie McGee (Jo), Viola Smith (Jake) and Hattie Clark (Ted). She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
