We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2021, at the age of 67, Kathryn Lemna of Elkhart, Indiana, born in South Bend, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carol Samuel and Maryann McCormack (Goodyear); her children, Kristi Meadows (John) of Middlebury and Kyle (Rachel Mast) of Elkhart; and her grandchildren, Kalynn, Weston Meadows and Kaigen Lemna.

Memorial donations may be given to the Kathy Lemna Memorial Fund in care of her daughter, Kristi.
