He was predeceased by: his mother Sherry Plug (Chonacki). He is survived by: his father Ed Plug; his stepmother Irma Plug (Otano) of Goshen; his sisters, Lauren Plug (Valentin) of Chicago and Kelly Plug of Las Vegas; his grandmother Diane Chonacki; and his aunts, Judy DeMario and Faith Selzer.
