She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Keith and Ilene Mae Johnston (McCollough); and her husband Michael Lee Bushman. She is survived by: her sons, Bradley Allen Bushman (Julie) of Lafayette and Brian Clark Bushman of Texas; her siblings, Thomas Joel Lyon (Linda) of Elkhart, Daniel Ray Lyon (Roxie) of Cromwell, Barbara LeAnne Proctor of Elkhart and Susan Kay Sargent of Orlando, FL; and her grandchildren, Hannah Nicole Bushman, Maggie Elizabeth Bushman, Briar Dee Lyon Bushman and Ellis Clark Bushman.
