She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Blackwood and Mary M. Blackwood (Chambers); her son Charles Stephens; and her siblings, Ray, Troy, Bill Blackwood and Ruth Heathcock.
She is survived by: her children, Don Stephens (Connie), Ronald Wolffen, Kenneth Stephens and Harriet Hartman (Bernard); and her brother Jim Blackwood. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, also many grandchild and great grandchildren.
