He is survived by: his wife Janice Riemersma; and his children, Brenda O'Grady (Robert) of Maryville, TN, Bruce Vander Werf (Rachel) of Elkhart, IN and Duane Vander Werf (Linda) of Elkhart, IN. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
