He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert and Lela Mae Neely, Sr. (Pruitt) of Elkhart; and his siblings, Angela Harris of Indianapolis, IN, Troy Neely of Shipshewana, IN, Eric Neely, Michael Neely, Clyde Garner of Detroit, MI, Allen Jerome Neely of Goshen, IN, Robert Neely, Jr. and Tyrone Garner.
