She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Purdy and Thelma Purdy; her husband Wilson L. Henson; her son David Lepard; her siblings, Delores Etheridge, Barbara Gauthier, Dale "Gene" Purdy, John Purdy, Ardola Christlieb, Roscoe Purdy, Mary Joyce Bonbrake, Danny Purdy and Ricky Purdy; and her granddaughter Tracy Ervin.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Culliton of Fort Wayne, IN, Dawn Harmon of Elkhart, IN and Jeffery Lepard of Kendallville, IN; and her grandchildren, Johnny Davis, Kellie Harmon, Jennifer Harmon, Kimberly Harmon and Cassandra Evans.
