He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Peter P. Mikhailoff and Lydia P. Mikhailoff (Sukhanova); his daughters, Larissa Cassell (Brian) of Grand Rapids, Lydia Reynolds (Aaron) of Phoenix and Emily Shelly of Portland, Oregon; his grandchildren, Valerie Cassell, Joshua Cassell, Ella Shelly and Ralph Reynolds; his great grandchild Tavon Whitfield, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Diane Shelly; and his sons, Peter and Andrew Shelly.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorial donations may be given to either Habitat for Humanity, the Elkhart Botanical Gardens, your local dementia support group chapter or to the American Heart Association.
