She is survived by: her husband Wayne Hostetler; her sons, Michael Wortinger and Mark Wortinger (Dreama Phillips); and her sisters, Nancy Wood (Nelson) and Teri Hislop (Michael). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
