He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Roy and Elizabeth "Betty" Roy (Markey). He is survived by: his children, Alicia Fuller, Cecil Roy, Daniel Walker, Ricky Roy (Sara) and Harry Roy (Missy); and his sisters, Stephanie Reavis and Cynthia Comer. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
