She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Herbert Roose and Miriam Roose of Wakarusa Indiana; her former husband Lynn Swinehart; her children, Walter Forman, George Forman (Ann) of Granger, Indiana and Dr. Betty Forman (Lawrence Goffney) of Alexandria, Virginia; her grandchildren, Barbara Ruess (Matt) of Crown Point, Indiana, Diane Fenner (Joel) of Sellersburg, Indiana, Dr. Franci Forman (Shawn Pukahi) of Beaverton, Kelli Anne Forman of Seattle and Alexander Forman (Beth) of Zionsville, Indiana.; and her husband Frank. She was also cherished by 8 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
