He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Kennell and Elsie Kennell (Martin); and his brothers, Kenneth, Marvin, Harold and John Kennell.
He is survived by: his wife Julia Kennell (Weaver); his children, Rick Kennell (Vicki) and Carla Weaver (Lyle); his grandchildren, Thomas, Jared, Kylie and Bryce; his siblings, Luann Susan Gerber, Leonard Kennell (Velda), Carl (Kathy) and Ervin Kennell (Rose); and his sisters-in-law, Emily Kennell, Lydia Kennell, Shirley Kennell and Pam Kennell.
