He is survived by: his stepfather Tim Wallace of Alpena, MI; his girlfriend Amanda Crawford of Elkhart; his daughters, Tiana Pantaleon (Mario) of Elkhart, Taury LeFave of Elkhart and Tamia LeFave of Elkhart; his grandchildren, Nathanael, Mario, Danica, Melanie, Gabriel and Aria; and his siblings, Ricky LeFave (Maria), Terri Thuss (William) of Alpena, Mi and Gerri Jurgensmeyer (Virgil). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
