He was predeceased by: his father Raymond E. Zook; and his grandchildren, Landon E. Zook and Abigail Zook. He is survived by: his mother Carol L. Zook (Sloan) of Elkhart; his sons, Joshua A. Zook (Amy) of Elkhart and Justin L. Zook (Cheryl Tschida) of Granger; his fiancée Cassie Eoff of Elkhart; and his brothers, Robbie D. Zook (Brenda Thrasher) of Edwardsburg, MI and Randy Lee Zook (Tammy) of Elkhart. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
