He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Koth and Phyllis Koth (Gearhart); his former wife Kathryn Koth; and his brothers, Gerald Koth and Randall Koth.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Koth (Limburg) of Elkhart; his children, Kimberly Perry (Shawn), Jerry Koth, Whitney Koth (David Smith) of Edwardsburg, Richard Koth, Joey Koth and Ryon Koth; his siblings, Karen Shoemaker (Rich) of New Buffalo, MI, Kenneth Koth of LaPorte and David Koth; and his stepsons, Frank Miller (Meghan), Karl Miller (April), Fred Miller and Kirk Miller (Danielle). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
