He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Fansler (High) of Elkhart; his brothers, Larry Schumacher (Peggy) of Elkhart, Edward Schumacher, Phillip Schumacher (Donna) and Jeff Schumacher of Elkhart; and his uncle James Helbling of Elkhart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
