He is survived by: his wife Mildred E. Welker (Jacobs); his daughter Cathy L. Taylor; and his grandchildren, Scott Klein, Jackie DeWald, Shana Pittman, Samantha Johnson, Michael Johnson, Thomas Johnson and Stephanie Klemm.
