He is survived by: his wife Sheila Klein (Jerdon); his children, Teresa Avila, Dana Waggoner (Alicia), Holly Miller (Nathan), Dean Swihart (Maria), Justin Bogart and Sadie Ann; his grandchildren, Dominique Avila, Cloey Miller (Noah), Kayla McNoldy (Tyler), Alexa Evans (Jayden), Jaylin Tingle, Desiree Evans and Charlotte Swihart; his great grandchild Abrielle Avila; and his siblings, Judy Waters (Chris), Michelle Chan (Kevin) and Eric Challberg. He is also survived by his loving family and many friends.
