She was predeceased by: her parents, William Burt and Ethel Burt (Coral); her husbands, Bernard A. Anulies and Bill Phelan; and her son Wes Anulies.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Ewing (Arthur) of Union, Michigan and Anthony Anulies of Union, Michigan; and her brothers, Jerry Burt (Beverly) of Goshen and James Burt (Sandy) of Pensacola, Florida.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
