He was predeceased by: his father Leonard E. Hoover; and his niece Michelle O'Neil. He is survived by: his mother Ruth M. Hoover (Lorenz); his spouse Lee Ann Schwab; his children, Samuel Hoover (Debra), Ruth Anne Hoover Gentry (Luke) and Seth Hoover (Jamie); and his siblings, James Hoover (Kay), Carol O'Neil (Dave) and John Hoover (Fran). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Center for Hospice Care or to God's Kitchen in Elkhart.
