It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Michelle Boone of Elkhart, Indiana, born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clare Jane D'Amico (Brown) and Francis Ronald Kavala; and her stepmother Phyllis Kavala (Przepierski). She is survived by: her husband Ronald Wayne Boone; her children, Brett Boone, Lacey Carroll (Gary) and Sarah Gonzalez (Hector); her granddaughters, Alexa Gonzalez and Madison Carroll; and her brothers, Terrance Kavala (Sheri) and Christopher Kavala (Lil). She is also survived by 3 nephews; and 2 nieces.
Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
