He is survived by: his wife Donna Durham (Donatt); his children, Dr. Timothy Durham (Janet), Denise Etchison (Kent), Daniel Durham (Karen), Todd Durham (Jane), Ted Durham and David Durham (Lenitra); his grandchildren, Patrick Durham (Jenn), Kara Hankins (Sawyer), Kevin Durham, Amanda Etchison, Allison, Katherine, Samantha Durham, TJ, Suzanne, Scott, Cazarina Durham, Parker, Ryan Lynn, Mitchell, Evan Durham, Xavier and Xander Durham; and his great grandchildren, Hazel and Gray Hankins.
