She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Leroy Etchey and Goldie Marie Etchey (Brantley); her stepfather Forest Nusbaum; her husband Rollin L. Newell; and her children, Warren A. Newell and Elizabeth S. Earick (Brown).
She is survived by: her children, Edward Newell (Shelly) of Elkhart, Ramona V of Elkhart and Bracker of Elkhart; her sisters, Ramona Thompson of Virginia and Ida L. Williams; her son-in-law David Earick of Elkhart; and her grandchildren, Tracey Erick, Jennifer Schrock (Josh), Benjamin Bracker, Ashlee Kehr (Dustin) and Matthew Newell (Lindsey). She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; numerous cousins, nephews and nieces and her dog.
