He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emmitt Hines and Vanilla "Nellie" Hines (Jackson); his sons, Vincent Hines (Mary) of Elkhart, Timothy Hines of Elkhart and Kenneth "Kenny" Hines of Indianapolis; his siblings, Albert Hines (Deborah) of Elkhart, Jessie Hines (Marie) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Nellie Thompson of Milwaukee, Murdis L. Hines of Elkhart, Mary H. Hines of Elkhart, Carnetis Jackson (Alonzo) of Elkhart and Susie Williams (Andy) of Elkhart; his stepchildren, Cynthia, Nikita, Mario Pratcher of Goshen, Earnest (Nancy) of Elkhart, William Walls of Elkhart and Angie Taylor of Elkhart; his grandchildren, Kambria, Cameron, Jordan, Girbaud, Nadja, Tyler Hines, Vincent and Kenny Hines, Jr.; his girlfriend Ruthie Pratcher of Elkhart; his friends, Alfonzo "Junebug" Cockerham, Brenda and Sherman Wiley; and his siblings, Emmitt, Jr., Pearly B. Terry and Karline Murray. He was also cherished by 6 great grandchildren.
