She was predeceased by: her parents, Maxwell O'Neill and Floy O'Neill (White); her husband John Clark; her son Arthur Clark; and her siblings, Jerry O'Neill, Sharon O'Neill and Verde D. O'Neill.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Joan Huffman O'Neill and Peg O'Neill Everingham; her daughter-in-law Kelly Clark McBride (Shawn); her sibling's children, Marta O'Neill, Kathy O'Neill Bollero, Tim and Jerry O'Neill; her grandchildren, Dustin Clark (Katharine), Richelle Clark Pittman (Christopher), Samuel Clark (Marie), Ashley Clark-Young (Christian) and Christian Clark; and her friend Gene Hill. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
