It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol L. Lewellen of Elwood, Indiana, born in Marion, Indiana, who passed away on April 1, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Claude Kochman and Rosalie Kochman (Albright); her husband Bob Lewellen; and her sister Cindy Hyman. She is survived by : her brother Kenneth "Allen" Kochman of Elwood; her nieces, Sherry Hyman of Elwood and Lori Vandermotten of New Haven; her stepchildren, Debra Rassel (Paul) of Pennsylvania, Bobby Lewellen (Debbie) of Arcadia and Ricky Lewellen of Tennessee; and her stepgrandchildren, Brooke, Lynn, Ashley, Cody, Brittany and Briana.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Shriner's Children Hospital or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
