He is survived by: his significant other Dawn Beeman of Elwood; his father Harry Rakestraw, Sr. of Central Lake, Michigan; his close friend Dawn Beeman of Elwood; his daughter Samantha Parrish of Sheridan; his stepchildren, Candice Coston (Dylan) of Elwood and John Davis, Jr. (Katlyn Hylemon) of Elwood; his siblings, Shawn Rakestraw of Kokomo and Michelle Weesner of Mancelona, Michigan; his grandchildren, Darrien, Cooper, Camryn, Presley, Maverick, Paisley, Ava and Waylon; and his niece Savannah.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the funeral home to offset funeral expenses.
