He is survived by : his mother Ethel Atwood (Simmons); his children, Amy Payne, Amber Payne and Payton Payne; his stepson Michael Pearson; his grandchildren, Abby, Nevaeh, Natasha, Dezerae and Joshua; and his siblings, Doyle Payne, Rickie Payne and Terrie Chitwood of Elwood.
