She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvy Augustus and Lottie Forrest Best (Young); her former husband Frank Belcher; her son Bruce Belcher; and her siblings, Charles, James, Lester Best, Margaret Dailey, Pauline and Cathleen Best.

She is survived by: her spouse Sailor (Frank Belcher); her children, Andy Belcher (Sandy) of Eminence, Lisa Barnett (David) of Eminence, Keith Belcher (Barb) of Camby and Stephen Belcher of Eminence; and her granddaughter Allison Belcher (Colte Tomlinson) of Wannamaker. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren, and 23 nieces and nephews.
