Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Alvina Rose Titzer of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away at the age of 95, on November 6, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Yolanda Goedde (Tieken) and Alois Goedde; her husband Herman Titzer, Sr.; her daughter Karen Mary Titzer (Mike); her grandson Ronnie Hayden; and her siblings, Emerita Ford, Marcella Paul, Henrietta Kissel, Esther Petrig, Mary Martin, Aloysious Goedde, Jr. and Melvin Goedde.
She is survived by: her children, Allen Titzer, Dennis Titzer (Cindy), Randal Titzer (Julie), Herman Titzer, Jr. (Lynn), Steven Titzer (Paula) and Diane Droste (Stan); her grandchildren, Christopher, Jamie, Cordon, Kelsey, Emily, Jacob, Aaron, Annie, Elaine, Jamie L. and Michael; and her siblings, Vincent Goedde, Edwin Goedde (Darlene), Jerome Goedde (Jane), Daniel Goedde (Gayle), Etheline Petrig (Robert) and Antoinette Kissel. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A prayer was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel (800 S Hebron Ave, Evansville, IN 47714). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (5301 Daylight Dr, Evansville, IN 47725). A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (2500 Mesker Park Dr, Evansville, IN 47720).
