Smith of Evansville, IN; her children, Cindy Rutt, Larry Smith (Sharon), Pam Nunning (Ted), Bonnie Wheeler (Don), Teresa Cornelius (Tony) and Doug Smith (Debbie); her sister Patricia Taylor; and her grandchildren, Stacie Walker, Adam Rutt, Jason Smith, Brandi Symanski, Raven Smith, Austin Smith, Brent Glisson, Lindsey Taylor, Joshua Mooney, Tara Snyder, Blake Mooney, Paige Mooney, Tiffany Ferree, Chad Cornelius and Brooke Smith. She is also survived by 30 great grandchildren.
