She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas "Chick" and Loretta Hazelwood; her sister Joan Rogers; and her stepgrandson Camden Hancock. She is survived by: her daughter Nicole Hancock (Dyke) of Evansville, IN; her sister Diana Murphy of Stillwater, OK; her stepgranddaughter Ryley Hancock; and her sibling's children, Johnny Hardwick (Cindy), Eric Rogers (Cara), Lori Morris, Scott Rogers (Cindy), Mimi Carter (Gary), Buck Rogers (Shawna), Julie Teague (Derrick) and Tori Gaffney (Jason). She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews and cousins.
