Betty Ann Hawkins Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Ann Hawkins of Evansville, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 13, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Betty had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Betty may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmie J. Hawkins; and her brother Carl Vaughn. She is survived by: her niece Carla Bledsoe (Michael); her great-niece Ashley Millsap (Taylor); her great-nephew Zachary Bledsoe; and her stepdaughters, Kathryn Hasten (Jeffrey), Karen Stout and Kelly Lanman (Jim). She is also survived by step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Boone Funeral Home (5330 Washington Ave, Evansville, IN 47715). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
