She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley Taloff (Brian Bennett) of Houston, TX, Mary Beth Scherer (John) of Concordia, MO and Barbara Goodwin (David) of Evansville, IN; her siblings, Shirleen Chase (Ed) of Evansville, IN, Diane Rhye (Neil) of Providence, KY, Robert Allen Garrett (Mary Helen) of Evansville, IN, Gerald Wayne Garrett of Indianapolis, IN and David Lynn Garrett (Nora) of Knoxville, TN; her grandchildren, Molly Goodwin, Emma Kate Goodwin, Mallory Rucker (Austin), Meredith Goins (Shane) and Cole Bennett; and her great grandchild Jade Ann Goins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

“Please forgive me for being so late with my condolences. Unfortunately I just found out. We met through the Glenwood Neighborhood Assoc. I would help her deliver the truly thoughtful baskets she would put together for our new neighbors. She is such a special person. Once again I am saddened to hear this.”
