He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Miller; and his son Stuart Miller. He is survived by: his children, Ronald Miller (Cynthia) and Suzanne Miller; and his grandchildren, Kris Miller (Ashley), Amanda Hurley (Brandon), Lauren Ratliff (Jeremy), Joshua Majors (Sondra), Cole Cartwright (Wade), Cara Cartwright, Amanda Cartwright, Riley Miller, Cambron Miller and Alec Miller. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
