She was predeceased by: her parents, Tal Calvin Barrett and Sibil May Barrett West (Frame); her spouse Jesse Thomas Barnett Jr.; her daughter Elizabeth Ann Wales; her grandsons, Christopher Patrick Wales and Clayton George Francis; her brother Daniel Barrett; and her siblings-in-law, Pam Barrett and Robert Henson.
She is survived by: her children, Herb Barnett (Dolores) of Missouri, Laura Miller (Mark) of Utah, Rhonda Francis (Clay) of Utah and Jimmie Barnett (Norma) of Indiana; and her siblings, Patricia Whoeler, Sandy Meyers and Calvin Wayne Barrett. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
