She is survived by: her husband James Gary Collins; her children, Heidi Hayes, Clarence Hayes, Tosha Hanvey (Nathan) and Bobbie Silvas (Husband); and her stepsons, Brian Collins and James Collins, Jr.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
