She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Roman and Evelyne Roman; her brother Rev. Elbert Roman; and her nephew Jason Bruce. She is survived by: her children, Sean Preske, Amber Preske, Aaron Preske (Samantha) and Brad Flittner (Jacob); her siblings, Jon Roman (Darla) and Jaynie Bruce-Utley; her siblings' children, Misti Bruce, Chris Roman and Eric Roman; her grandchildren, Justin Preske, Lily Preske, Logan Preske, Braxton Preske, Isabelle Preske and Ella Roman; and her close friend Scott Stagg.

Memorial contributions may be made to "It Takes a Village" Animal Rescue.
