She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard G. Funkhouser and Ola Mae Funkhouser (Brissell); her husband Aloysius "Al" Horsman; her son Leslie Adams; her siblings, William Funkhouser, Carol June Hattrup and Rachel Tracey; her son-in-law Danny Henard; and her granddaughter Michelle Culp.
She is survived by: her children, Delta Henard, Michael Adams (Vickie) and John Adams (Karla).
