He is survived by: his close friend Cherie; his girlfriend Cherie Isaac of Evansville, IN; his siblings, Linda Johnson of Evansville, IN, Randy Cox (Jane) of Fairhope, AL and Bob Cox (Brenda) of St. Philip, IN; and also, Jazlynn and Phoenix. He is also survived by five nieces; four nephews; seven great nieces; and nine great nephews.
