He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Johnson and Earline Johnson (Baker); and his sister Susan Ellen Carver. He is survived by: his wife Myrna Johnson of Evansville, IN; his daughter Jennifer Johnson; and his siblings, Carl E. Johnson (Brenda) of Gentryville, IN, Barbara Cooper (Gary) of Gentryville, IN, Janet Ayers of Princeton, IN and Gayla Jo Johnson of Evansville, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
