He is survived by: his children, Allison Osterman of Newburgh, IN, Adam Fortney (Julie) of Evansville, IN and Laura Trusty of Grand Rivers, KY; his sister Terri Allen of Greenville, KY; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Ian, Ayla, Brenden, Patrick and Alex.
